Once again, we have partnered with another property management company (Lincoln Property Company) to prove the value of multifamily properties having virtual tours on Google My Business.

This case study compares all of their properties with virtual tours on Google My Business to properties without virtual tours over a twelve-month period. Looking at all of the results for properties with virtual tours, it is apparent that there was a significant growth in website conversions, as well as customer engagement compared to properties without virtual tours.
